For Individual Mode, I have my regeneration set to "Auto." Today, I received a message in traffic on the freeway that said "Adaptive Regeneration Not Available." Has anyone else seen this? I don't have my devices this morning, so I haven't been able to check the Good to Know app. Thanks!

Yes, although not in my individual setting. It happens all the time in normal or sport. Will randomly shut off and I'll get the message in the cluster. No issues reactivating it with the button. This occurs with SOC less than 80%. Maybe it's related to battery pack temperature but with recuperation setting ON the car never shuts it off.

I've only had the car since June 1 so testing during colder temperature not possible yet.

I was getting this frequently at low-to-mid speeds, but only started after the WMA5 up-date. My dealer tells me it's fixed since the AMB5 update last week - haven't had the chance to check it consistently at similar speeds, but hope to next weekend. I think it's probably software related.

It started happening AFTER my AMB5 update.

@KensingtonPark
If you are referring to Overrun recuperation in Auto, I found a couple of interesting notes page 237, 238 US manual.
Dirty sensors, battery SoC and PSM Sport mode.
Hope this helps and is what you were looking for.

if the car is at a high SOC or if the battery pack is extremely cold regen may not be available.

I've had this once or twice and normally when there isn't a vehicle in front which you are following. I think this is 'normal' behaviour and nothing to worry about.

I also get this consistently after my last major update (not the current one, which I still haven't gotten a recall later for). Weird thing is it usually happens at low speeds and going over speed bumps...

Digging up this thread, I’m having this exact issue on my 2022 RWD, 775 Miles, it happens several times a day, dealer told me it was a brake refresh function and it’s totally normal.….it took them eight days to come up with that response. Anyhow, I now have a function in my car that consistently doesn’t work, as in every single day….it doesn’t sound right to me….thoughts?
